PACE Programs (PACE)

PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides medical, social, and home-based care to seniors who would otherwise need nursing home care, allowing them to live at home. Most participants are dual-eligible for Medicare and Medicaid and pay nothing out of pocket.
